Please check your letter for the date that you must appear in court for orientation. For jurors serving on the July jury, your first report date will be 9:00AM on July 11, 2025.

COMPLETE JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE

This questionnaire must be completed prior to your first day of reporting for jury duty.

COMPLETE EXCUSAL AFFIDAVIT

If you qualify to be excused for jury service, you must complete an affidavit and return it to the court. An affidavit was included in the mail with your summons. Alternatively, an affidavit with instructions on how to complete may be found on our FAQ page.

REPORT FOR SERVICE

Please arrive to the Carroll County Courthouse by 9:00AM on your report date to begin the jury selection process.
